CCTV monitoring
We offer off-site monitoring. An independent Control Room located in Kempton has the function of monitoring remotely. This Control Room is solely responsible for only monitoring off-site clients. Apart from CCTV, the controllers have direct communication with the Officers on site and the Central Control Room. CCTV allows for the controllers to see any suspicious activity or abnormalities in real time. Should the controllers see anything suspicious or irregular, they are able to dispatch Reaction Units and Supervisors. There are instances where the Officer is unable to call Control Room and this is when the CCTV system becomes very beneficial as it acts as the eyes on scene for the reaction vehicles.
All sites have emergency encrypted codes designed by our Crime Prevention Department to ensure our Officers’ safety in the event of a breach in security.
