This is a field that we have over 20 years of experience in and offer value for money with training and experience.
All our Officers go through a stringent criminal check with SAPS and MIE (Managed Integrity Evaluation) Their fingerprints are verified with Home Affairs and confirm their Psira Documentation. All officers acquire a minimum Grade C, but if a client wants a higher grade or a supervisor on site, this can be arranged.
It is compulsory for our Officers to pass a fitness check. A Health Medical can be performed if requested. As a company we pride ourselves on a very low staff turnover, and for this reason we prefer not to change Officers on site on a regular basis as this helps building strong working relationships with Client and Officer.
All Officers undergo on-site training on a regular basis from Supervisors and Mangers as per client requirements. Procedures and practical drills are performed on a regular basis to ensure the Officers are prepared for new crime, modus operandi. They are informed and educated on the latest criminal tactics. Each site is equipped with a baton, pepper spray and radios.
Patrolling System
We use a very advanced patrolling system that generates a PDF report daily for our Management which allows us to monitor any problems. This system allows us to change the patrol times, rest times and other functions. This system prevents the criminal element from determining a routine. The system is equipped with a Panic Button. If the Officer should drop the unit, it will alert us immediately indicating something may be wrong. The Panic Button maybe used at any time acting as a very effective proactive tool.
Gone are the days of a normal access control book and hoping that the person gives the correct information…
We use advance scanning systems to scan information that is saved to the cloud. The system if fully POPI complaint with live updates and can be accessed by the client and ourselves at any stage. We use this system to search for a vehicle or a person utilizing the information retrieved from the cloud. The system can be integrated with a boom system. The boom system will not open if information scanning has not taken place.
